      <image:caption>A large problem practitioners were experiencing was that their patients could fall through the cracks through no shows or missed appointments. Our team pitched the idea of sending clients SMS notifications to patients to remind them of upcoming appointments. This notifications could also be applied to providers to help manage their schedules by having clients confirm their appointments.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>The term “referral” can often be a charged word in the psychology field. We were asked to create a construct that would replace this. The construct of “match” signified the connection of the client and provider as well as the matching specialty the provider may have to client needs. We gave providers more information on potential new clients at a glance with pertinent information readily available.</image:caption>

Since claims are an especially difficult process, we needed to make the processes more streamline. · We decreased the amount of clicks and combined information on one page. · We changed the structure of the original layout so that essential information was much more available to users. • We reconstructed forms to eliminate the need for redundant input of information. If information was provided by providers, it was automatically generated in other areas of the portal so that the provider need only input the information once.</image:caption>

We wanted to give users a few more options such as Live Chat, FAQ and Contact Information all in one place. We also created a slightly different iteration of the original Report a Problem function. Reporting a problem was part of the original app, but we changed the information architecture as well as making the form more straightforward.</image:caption>
